History
The Manhattan area has a rich history. In the early 1900s construction on the New York City Subway was completed. It connected and helped bind the city together. The 3 West Club is located minutes away from Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. Construction on the Rockefeller Center started in 1931, and the core was completed by 1939. The complex consists of 19 commercial buildings, and it was declared a landmark in 1985. Radio City Music Hall is an entertainment venue located within Rockefeller Center. It was declared a New York City landmark in 1978.
