3 West Club is happy to offer special, discounted room rates to host guests for your group, corporate meeting, or wedding event.

At the time of booking the event, you should let your event manager know that you want to reserve a group booking; we will confirm the dates, rooms, and availability needed. From there, we will block out rooms for your group. The rooms will be held for 30 days before your event. The rooms will be released after that point, but guests can still call in to book a reservation if there is availability.

  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. & check-out time is 12 p.m. (noon).
  • Guests are required to bring a valid, government-issued photo ID at check-in.
  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee a room reservation. Any reservation made with an invalid credit card is subject to immediate cancellation.
  • A pre-authorization hold will be processed for the total reservation amount, plus $50/night to cover incidentals.

"This is a really great hotel; we booked a junior suite for the week of Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay! The character of the building is stunning, the staff was always friendly and polite! The location is quite central, Radio City is just down the street, we had a great view of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade from the intersection of 51st and 6th, and Rockefeller Center is less than a block across from the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows to spare!"
