SUMMER’S OUT AND FALL IS OFFICIALLY IN!

In today’s weekly blog, we bring you our top three 2016 Fall Cocktails. In a season full of sweaters, leaves dropping, fright, giving and pumpkin picking - take some time to enjoy these lovely drinks.

APPLE CIDER MIMOSAS

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. apple cider
1 bottle Champagne

DIRECTIONS:
On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.

LEFTOVER PECAN PIE BOURBON SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. milk
2 oz. bourbon
1/2 c. chopped pecan pie
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, bourbon, and chopped pecan pie.
Blend until desired consistency. (Add more ice cream if mixture is too thin, more milk if it’s too thick.)
Pour into glass and garnish with crumbled pecan pie.

PUMPKIN SPICE WHITE

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. coffee liqueur
Whipped cream, optional
Chocolate syrup, optional
DIRECTIONS:
Shake together pumpkin pie spice and heavy cream to combine.
Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour in vodka, coffee liqueur and heavy cream mixture.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup if desired.
