Come see why we are considered "the hidden gem in Rockefeller Center". The 3 West Club can accommodate corporate functions for 10 to 350 guests. Whether you are planning a board meeting, conference, training seminar, or holiday party, our experienced staff will be available to meet your every need and preference. Additionally, 27 guest rooms are available if you or your guests need a place to stay overnight.

Six flexible spaces adapt seamlessly for a wide range of set up options to meet individual goals. Each room in this nine story, landmarked, historical building features a distinct personality and residential-inspired details, such as tapestries, wood floors, chandeliers and original artwork. Surrounded by elegance, satiated by exquisite cuisine, crystal changeliers and provided with excellent service, the 3 West Club is the perfect place for an unforgettable meeting experience. We are on the National Registry of Historic Places, the building was built in 1931 and was the original homestead of Andrew Carnegie.

We are the most cost effective private club space in NYC. We do not have Food and Beverage minimums but we do charge a room rental.
We will work with your budget goals to produce a quality, seamless event that won't hurt your wallet. Compare other private clubs in NYC then call us. We can set the room to your specification. Theatre, Rounds, Crescents, U Shape or Classroom, we have the equipment to handle it all. We do have limited AV resources here in house. We welcome clients to bring in outside AV companies for more technical needs as well. Please see bottom of page for individual room sizes and capabilities. Included in your booking package: service staff, table linens, china, serving utensils, glasses, tables and chairs. For clients who have selected a plated lunch or dinner, once your contract has been signed, a complimentary tasting is included with our Executive Chef, Gary Eisenberg. Tastings are scheduled based on Chef's schedule and must be prearranged in advance. Please allow 10 days to schedule a tasting with your catering director.

Please note AV, Coat Check, Chef Attendants, Cashier, Bartenders , Administration Fee, Taxes and Gratuity are not included in the event rental charge. All vary on pricing and will be added based on packages selected. Please inquire with catering team on additional charges.

Appointments are required to see the space. Please contact our staff to schedule one today. Walk in's will be accommodated if staff and space are available. Space can only be shown based on availability. Tours are held Monday-Friday during business hours.

The 3 West Club has served as a location for many films, commercials and television programs as its unique feel and architecture, it's variety of rooms and it's convenient midtown location have made it a favorite of location scouts across the entertainment industry. Most recently, the Golden Globe winning Mozart in the Jungle was filmed at the 3 West Club and the new movie based on JD Salinger's life Rebel in the Rye was also just filmed here.
